Physbot help

To ask Physbot to do something you send it a command and a optional
argument (depends on the command) in the Subject of your email message.
Some of these commands also require a body in the email message.

Here are the commands that Physbot understands:

unsubscribe     optional	no		unsubscribe from physbot
